With the energy you spend procrastinating, you could accomplish whatever your tasks are 10 times over; right?
Are you the person who gets things done, so you can move on and have a great day; or are you the person who waits till the last minute, and then tries to complete your tasks just in the nick of time?
I want to build a case against procrastination, and I hope I can convince you to change your ways.
Can I ask you to consider the the benefits of not being a procrastinator?
- Your energy will not be zapped while thinking about all the things you need to get done.
- You will have more time to do the things you want to do without your to-do’s hanging over your head.
- Your life will not be filled with the dread.
- You will feel more in control of your own life = Awesome!
With the wisdom to understand the negative affects of procrastination, I want to challenge you to commit to changing your ways.
Baby steps will still get you to the same destination, but your decision to change you is where the real power will be.
So for the little things as well as the big, set a different goal, and don’t cop out with the excuse of, “That’s just the way I am.”
A mindset of determination will take you far beyond the benefits of overcoming procrastination!
Have the courage to be your best you!
